Settings
Settings decide which requests the system declines at once and what it promises agents.
Opening hoursLink to this section
Hours for each day of the week. A day can be closed. A request for a time outside opening hours is declined at once. For tables the last seating also counts: by default 60 minutes before closing.
Seats and guestsLink to this section
The total number of seats and the largest party for one online request. A larger group is declined with a suggestion to call. Capacity is checked again before you confirm, so you cannot be overbooked.
Blocked datesLink to this section
Dates for which you take no requests. A request for such a date is declined at once.

| Setting | Meaning | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Promised time | how long the agent expects to wait for an answer | 15 minutes |
| Expiry | how long without an answer before the request expires | 30 minutes |
| Hours you answer | when you answer | 09:00 to 22:00 |
| Days ahead | the furthest date for which you take requests | 60 days |
| Booking length | how long a table is held | 120 minutes |
| Cancellation cutoff | up to how many hours before the slot a confirmed booking can be cancelled | 2 hours |
Outside the hours you answer, the window starts when they open. The agent sees it in the response.
ReminderLink to this section
Halfway through the window the system records a reminder in the request journal. It is not sent as a message at the moment. Rely on keeping the phone page open.
Stopping publishingLink to this section
You can return the business to draft. Agents stop seeing it. You can publish it again.
