Analytics
Analytics show how agents use your profile. The data comes only from recorded calls to your MCP address.
What it showsLink to this section
- Calls per tool: how many times each tool was called.
- Top search words: what agents ask about in your menu, catalog and services.
- Visit path: how many visits (sessions) reached each stage: connecting, a lookup, a request, a confirmed request. That shows where agents drop off.
- Statuses and decline reasons: how many requests ended as confirmed, declined or expired, and which rules made the system decline automatically.
- Errors: calls that ended with an error.
- Response time: how fast you answer requests.
What it does not showLink to this section
It does not show who the customer behind an agent is and it does not track people. An agent is recognised only by the name it reports itself when it connects. Sessions are anonymous.
How to use the dataLink to this section
- Many lookups and few requests mean agents find the information but something stops them. Check your policies and decline rules.
- A frequent search word that is not in your profile shows what to add to your website.
- Many expired requests mean your window is short or the phone page is not open.
Only the counts are real. The system shows no forecasts.
