Opting out of a public listing
Some shops are in the directory although their owners did not add them. If this is your shop and you do not want it there, you can ask for it to be hidden.
What we read
Only the public pages of your site and its public search. Details, including what we do not do, are on the "Our crawler" page.
What is shown
The shop name, products and prices with a link to your pages and the time of checking. The profile is marked "Profile not claimed by its owner", and orders through us are not accepted.
How to ask for removal
Write to us through the contact form. The subject is filled in; add your website address and how to reach you.
We hide the shop within 2 working days. After that it is not shown in the directory, in the search across all shops, in the sitemap or on the profile page, and we stop reading your site. If you later claim the profile as its owner, you decide whether it is shown.
If you want to claim it
You can add your business to Agent Storefront. Then you review the profile and decide on every request.
