What is Agent Storefront?
A service that reads your business website and makes it available to AI agents as a verified profile. Agents read the information and send requests for a table, an order or a quote, and you confirm them.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open protocol that AI assistants use to connect to outside services and use their tools. Every published business has its own MCP address.
Do I have to change my website?
No. The profile is built from your existing site. You can also upload a ready JSON file.
Can an agent book without my approval?
No. The agent sends a request. It is not a booking until you confirm it. Only a request that breaks your rules (for example outside opening hours) is declined automatically.
How is the information kept accurate?
Every value is tied to the page and the quote it came from. If the quote is not found on the page, or confidence is low, the value waits for your review and is not shown to agents. You can accept, reject or fix it.
Do you take payments?
No. There are no payments in the product. Price and payment are agreed between you and the customer.
What does it cost for a business?
Nothing. A business is listed for free, with bookings, orders and quotes, and no card. We charge AI developers for API access instead. Details are on the pricing page.
How is API usage counted?
In calls to the MCP endpoint. A read, such as a search or a menu, is one call. A write operation, such as a booking, order or quote request, counts as 5 calls. During the beta nothing is charged.
What happens when I exceed my plan?
Nothing stops. The limit is soft: calls beyond the plan are billed as overage per 1,000 calls, at the price on the pricing page. During the beta limits are relaxed and nothing is charged.
What happens if I do not answer in time?
The request expires after the window you set and the agent gets the status expired. It can try another business or ask again.
Which agents can connect?
Any client that supports MCP over streamable HTTP. We do not guarantee that a specific product works.
What customer data is stored?
The data the agent sends with a request, such as a name, phone, address and notes. You and your team see it. The agent does not get the phone back, but does get the name, address and notes of its own request. Administrators of the operator can access business data, including the contents of requests, for support and security. Every administrator action is logged, and contact details are masked in the administration screens. The retention periods are in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
How do I find out about a new request?
Requests appear on the phone page while it is open and on screen. It refreshes every 5 seconds and the browser can show a notification if you allowed it. When the page is in the background or the screen is locked, it does not refresh and shows no notifications. There is no SMS, email or notification outside the browser. The journal records a reminder, but nothing is sent. So keep the page open on screen during your working hours.
Can agents see my business right after I publish it?
No. A new business waits for the operator's approval, and the app shows it as "Awaiting approval". Until then agents do not see it. The operator may refuse or revoke the listing of a business that misrepresents the real business.
Can I stop publishing?
Yes. You can return the business to draft and agents stop seeing it.
