Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to business owners and to the people and programs that use the Service's MCP addresses and website, including AI agents.

• publishing false, misleading or someone else's information as your own;
• adding a website that you have no right to use in the Service;
• sending fake requests, blocking tables or stock, or burdening a business with requests you will not carry out;
• collecting contacts or personal data from the Service for advertising or resale;
• getting around rate limits or protections, probing other businesses or sessions, or looking for vulnerabilities without our written consent;
• sending unlawful content, viruses or spam through the Service;
• pretending to be another person or business;
• using the Service in a way that makes it harder for others to use.

• Identify yourself with a true client name when connecting (clientInfo).
• Respect rate limits and HTTP 429 responses. Do not repeat requests without a pause.
• Do not tell the user a booking or order is confirmed until the status is confirmed.
• Use idempotency_key on retries so that duplicate requests are not made.
• Send the user's personal data only with their knowledge and only as much as the request needs.
• Do not send special categories of personal data (health, religion and others) unless the request needs them and the user agrees.

• Review the profile before publishing and keep it current.
• Answer requests and keep to what you confirmed.
• Do not use information from requests for any purpose other than carrying them out, unless you have another legal basis.

For a breach we may limit the rate of calls, suspend a business or account, block an agent and end access. For serious or repeated breaches no prior warning is needed.
