Terms of Service

Last updated: · Version 1.2
This is a translation. The Bulgarian text is the binding one.

1. Operator

The Agent Storefront service (the "Service") at storefront.fleetq.net is provided by Прайс Екс ЕООД (Pricex Ltd), company ID (ЕИК) 206487271, VAT number BG206487271, with its registered seat and address of management at Petyofi St 1, Tsentralen district, Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria, represented by its managing director Nikola Petkov Katsarov (the "Operator", "we").

These terms govern the relationship between the Operator and everyone who registers for the Service (the "Owner", "you").

The Service is intended for businesses and others who use it in connection with their business. It is not intended for consumers. If consumer protection rules apply to you, these terms do not limit them.

2. Description of the Service

The Service reads the public website of a business you add and, with the help of an AI model, proposes a structured profile. For each value it records the source, a quote and a confidence level. After your review the profile is published.

For every published business the Service provides an address using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), through which AI agents read the profile and send requests for a booking, an order or a quote. Requests are passed to the Owner to answer, and the actions on them are recorded in a journal.

The Service does not accept, process or mediate payments.

The Service is in early access (beta) and is free of charge during the beta. After the beta, the prices published on the Pricing page apply. We will give at least 30 days' notice before they start to apply.

3. Unclaimed profiles, crawling and opt-out

To keep the directory for AI agents complete, the Service may show a public profile of a shop that its owner did not add ("unclaimed profile"). It is built only from what the shop's website shows every visitor publicly, is marked as unclaimed and is read-only: no orders or bookings are accepted through it.

The Operator reads websites at a limited rate (at most one request per second to the catalog of one shop) and does not open pages for the cart, checkout, user account or login. Before opening a page of a website to write the profile text from, the Operator checks the robots.txt file of the website and does not open pages it disallows. Requests to a shop's catalog and the check whether a catalog can be read live do not check robots.txt yet. Details are on the page "How we read public websites".

The owner of a shop can ask for the unclaimed profile to be hidden by using the page "Opting out of a public listing" or by writing to [email protected]. The Operator hides the profile within 2 working days. The owner may instead claim the profile by adding it to the Service.

The Operator does not guarantee that the information in an unclaimed profile is complete and up to date. Every answer carries a link to the source and the time of the last check.

4. Account and access

To use the Service you must register with your real name and a working email, and confirm your email. Accepting these terms is part of registration.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and of the personal link to your business phone page. Whoever holds the link can answer requests. If the link or the password has reached someone outside, change it at once. The link can be changed in the app.

We may disable an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

A new business becomes visible to AI agents only after the Operator approves it. The Operator may refuse or revoke the listing of a business that misrepresents the real business or breaks these terms.

5. Owner obligations

As an Owner you:

  • give true and current information and review the values the Service proposes before you publish them;
  • have the right to use, and to give us access to, the content of the website you add and the other data you enter;
  • answer requests within the windows you set and keep to what you have confirmed;
  • do not use the Service unlawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • process lawfully any personal data of your customers that appears in requests. For that data you are the controller and the Operator is the processor under the Data Processing Agreement.

6. Requests from agents

A booking, order or quote asked for by an AI agent is only a request. It creates no obligation for the Owner until the Owner confirms it. A confirmed request binds you towards the customer in the same way as any other confirmation you give.

The system automatically declines requests that break the rules you set (for example outside opening hours). An automatic decline is not a decision about a particular customer.

AI agents are programs of third parties. We do not control what they tell their users and we do not guarantee that a particular agent will connect to you.

7. The Operator is not a party to transactions

The Operator is not a party to the bookings, orders, quotes and contracts between the Owner and its customers or their agents. The Operator is not responsible for their performance, for the quality of goods and services, for prices or for payments.

8. Availability and beta

The Service is in beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or a particular response time. We may perform maintenance, make changes and have interruptions. We will try to keep them limited.

Do not rely on the Service as your only way to take bookings and orders.

9. Accuracy of extracted information

The AI model can make mistakes. That is why the Service does not publish values without evidence and lets you review, reject and fix them. You are responsible for the content you publish after review.

10. Intellectual property

The content of your website and the data you enter remain yours. You give us a non-exclusive right to read, process, store and make them available to AI agents and to visitors of your business public page, as far as needed to provide the Service to you.

The software, design and brand of the Service belong to the Operator.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for lost profit, for indirect damage, or for damage caused by decisions of AI agents or customers, by the Service being unavailable, or by inaccurate content that you published.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for intent and gross negligence.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. An account cannot be deleted while you are the only owner of an active business. First return the business to draft or hand over ownership.

We may suspend your access or end the Service if these terms are broken, in case of abuse, or if the law requires it. Where possible we will warn you beforehand.

When you delete a business, it is removed permanently 30 days later. Until then an administrator of the Operator can restore it.

On termination your data is handled under the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

13. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. For material changes we will tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after they take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using it.

14. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies to these terms. Disputes are decided by the competent Bulgarian court in Plovdiv, unless a law requires otherwise.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms: [email protected] or [email protected]. The Operator's details are on the Imprint page.
