Team and account
The account is personal. A business has members with different roles.
Roles in a businessLink to this section
- Owner: manages everything, including the team and dangerous actions such as suspending or removing the business.
- Staff: works with requests, the profile, settings and the journal. Does not manage the team and does not do the dangerous actions.
Adding a colleagueLink to this section
The owner enters the colleague's email. The colleague always gets an email with a one-time link that is valid for 7 days, whether or not that address already has an account. They become staff after opening the link while signed in with that same email address (they register first if they have no account). The owner can remove staff at any time.
AccountLink to this section
- Name and email. Changing the email requires confirming it again.
- Password. Changing it requires the current password.
- Language. Bulgarian or English. It is used in the app and in the emails we send you.
- Deleting the account. Requires your password. It is not possible while you are the only owner of an active business.
Sign-in and securityLink to this section
You sign in with email and password. After several failed attempts in a short time, sign-in is slowed down. The password is stored only as a one-way hash. There is no two-factor authentication yet.
Forgotten passwordLink to this section
On the sign-in page choose "Forgot password". You will get an email with a link. The answer is the same whether or not the email exists.
