## Tools

- `get_info`: Business identity, address, contacts, opening hours (with whether it is open right now) and what you can do here. Start here.
- `get_services`: Services offered, with indicative price and duration where the business states them (staff too when its booking system lists them; the id is what get_availability takes). Read live from the business's booking system when it has one, otherwise from its profile. Final price comes from request_quote.
- `request_quote`: Ask for a quote for a job. The owner answers with a price/time (counter_offered), confirms, or declines. Returns "pending_confirmation" with request_id and expected_response.
- `get_policies`: Cancellation, delivery, returns, deposit, payment and accessibility policies (as published by the business, each with its source URL). Where the business takes requests through the relay, the answer also carries its rules (response SLA, cancellation cutoff, blocked dates). Policy texts are written by an extraction model from the public pages of the business and are labelled generated_by: ai_extraction; check the source_url.
- `get_request_status`: Current status of a request: pending_confirmation | confirmed | declined | counter_offered (with counter_offer) | closed | expired | cancelled.
- `accept_counter_offer`: Accept the business's counter-offer (only after your user agreed). The request becomes confirmed with a confirmation_code.
- `reject_counter_offer`: Decline the business's counter-offer. The request is closed.
- `cancel_request`: Cancel a pending, counter-offered or confirmed request. Confirmed requests can only be cancelled before the business's cancellation cutoff (see get_policies).
