## Tools

- `get_info`: Business identity, address, contacts, opening hours (with whether it is open right now) and what you can do here. Start here.
- `search_products`: Search the shop's whole catalog, live from its website (Bulgarian product names work best, e.g. "краве масло"). Returns sku, name, price, stock flag, source_url and last_verified per product, and on page 1 the shop's facets (brands, sizes...) to narrow with brand or filters. Only the filters this shop's site supports are listed. A search may be served from a cache up to 1 hour old; last_verified says when the shop was actually read. Prices and stock are as of that time; get_product reads the shop now. If an English query finds nothing, it is retried once in Bulgarian and the response carries translated_query.
- `get_product`: Full, freshly re-checked details for one product: pass the sku from search_products, or its slug or product URL. The record is fetched from the source on every call; if the source is down you get the last copy with stale: true.
- `get_categories`: The shop's category tree as on its website menu: id, name, name_en, url, children. Start at the top (default 2 levels) and pass parent_id to go deeper.
- `get_policies`: The shop's policies on delivery, returns, payment and cancellation, each with the source_url and the exact quote it was read from; where the shop publishes them, also delivery zones with the minimum order, fees and the next delivery slots.
